No no no... these people are all so dumb. If your not sexually active than it is most likely the male equivalent to a yeast infection -- happens usually to uncircumcised males. Its easily treatable but won't go away naturally... so unfortunately you need to go to the doctor. My friend recently told me that when he was younger he had the same thing and was too scared to tell his parents for a whole year... he lived with it for a whole year.
