I am a crossdresser seeking advise. What will hide forehead wrinkles and a good outfit for broad shoulders?

The first pic is what the bottom of dress looks like and the second is the top, but without the belt and not leather.

Neither outfit does well for a male figure to look feminine. At least with broad shoulders.

For starters, if you have shoulders and you want to hide them... no sleeveless. Just can't be done. Sleeveless empahsizes the shoulders not de-emphasize them.

I wear a good sleeve that is at least past the 2/3 mark of my bicep. It is best if it is loose fitting so that it won't emphasize the arm muscle. I tend to go with darker colour sleeves and a brighter colour for the chest, / neck area. Wearing a tank top or camisole under the dress or blouse helps when it peeks out around the neck or over the chest. It draws the eyes inward to that area and away from the shoulders, plus the advantage of emphasizing a good bustline (assuming you have padded, formed or filled that area)

Second, a dress that gets pulled in too much at the waist will increase the emphasis of the shoulders. wearing a fairly straight lined dress with again a flash of colour or shine for the belt will indicate a smaller waist but not suggest broad shoulders.

Anyway, hope this helps.

As for the forehead wrinkles... a bit of make up and bangs work the best to hide those.
