My 3 year old wants to be "A ghost with glitter". I wanted her to be a hippie, but it's her choice I suppose. LOL

I am not very crafty. How can I make a good-looking ghots costume with glitter? Needs to be pretty simple (ie: a sheet), but not look so generic. Suggestions???
