How can i dress up as a Future Sailor from the Mighty Boosh?

I want to go to my year eight river cruise as Vince Noir from the mighty boosh when he is being a future sailor!!! i know that the top is available from lazyoaf.com but they don't ship to Australia. any one know of any where else??

If you think you're up to it you could probably just buy a plain white shirt and some fabric paint and make the shirt yourself!
Also places like Aussie Disposals will have sailor hats & clear ranicoats if you need those
