Where are those days of old?

These days lots of adults using prescription sleep medications to help them, some are smart to practice "self-medicate", which is alcohol and sleeping pills, while others counter-but all in vain trying to sleep. This may or may not be effective in the short term, but in the long term effects harmful side then more more more problems add to cause more sleepless nights.
Struggling to sleep: If you are regularly struggling to have a good sleep, then you probably just have to learn to sleep again!

Well this does not mean they are active or not I am not suggesting that it runs every time you exit. What you can do is do regular exercise. This is one of the most effective sleeping pills. And not just for sleep, exercise is good for your health and it has several side effects. All you need do is take a bit of exercise, get regular the gym, or take only regular night walks. You will not regret!
