Whatever the reason, it seems flight is a desire and a thrill often sought after. Perhaps the apparent freedom of flying is what makes so many young princesses want to take their imaginations to flight as a fairy princess.

From young to old imagination is a valuable creative art to give us freedom and safety. What better way to find complete freedom and total safety than to imagine yourself in flight? Let’s add to that freedom of flight the magic of fairies and you have quite an adventure. The world of fairies is a magical one where just about anything goes. Fairy dust seems to have many magical powers attributed to it including flight. A fairy can create their own light and of course let’s not forget that they are the ones who make everything come to life.

I think one of the most magical aspects of fairies is that you cannot see them so. Nobody ever has. As with all mythical creatures the very idea that they might be out there creates an aura of excitement around them. For children this adds to the imagination and fun of playing with fairy wings in their make believe adventures and that imagination and make believe is one of the most important things for their growth. With fairy wings around every little girl will be one step closer to happiness regardless of whether she ever finds and actual fairy or not.
