They all were great. For costumes it has to be Episode Two. That dark blue outfit Padme was wearing when she met Anakin and Obi Wan for the first time in ten years looked so natural on her that it looks as if it was made for her and not the movie. She should have kept it after the movie.
I love all the combat armour. My favourite costume (I wish I had one) is the imperial gunner (After "Fire at will commander") especially the helmet. I have a Darth Vader helmet but I think the imperial gunner helmet is the only one which looks better than Darth Vader's.
I also like the biker scouts, the Episode Two Clone Troopers, Luke's Empire Strikes Back costume, The Scout Walker driver costumes, Imperial Pilots, The AT-AT commander's armour (that is, General Veers when he says "You may start your landing Lord Vader") and the AT-AT Drivers.
